Existing My Websites customers are required to purchase Support Tokens to get further support with your website once it is completed. Tokens are not required for our free Technical Support. By purchasing Tokens you are crediting your account which allows you to request support such as adding or modifying major parts of your website. You can request support through phone, chat or emails.

How we use Support Tokens

Once you have successfully purchase a Token we will credit your account with that amount. When you request for support we will record the amount of time required to process that request and deduct from your available credit. We will notify you of your available credit once the work has been done. We will also notify you when the available credit is insufficient to process your request, you will need to purchase additional tokens.
